George Wright specializes in program design, grant writing, and organizational capacity development. As the former director of the Association of Africans Living in Vermont, George grew the organization’s budget 10-fold, secured United Way Member Agency status, and expanded three service lines with diversified funding sources. George holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights from the University of Essex, Human Rights Center (UK) and a Bachelor’s Degree from Middlebury College. George has worked on a variety of technical assistance and research projects from London to Washington, D.C. In addition to his work at Fluency, George is a consultant for the Institute for Social and Economic Development (ISED) in Washington, D.C. Contact him at george@fluencyconsulting.com.

Ned Castle has experience in communication and outreach strategies including photo-ethnography, media production, and issue-based campaigns. He has conducted several photo-ethnography projects focused on generating cultural awareness though photographic and written media. He has also worked with community-based organizations on issue-based campaigns, both with regards to media production and program development. Matt Borondy specializes in online initiatives—including web design and social-media outreach—as well as written communication. He is the founder, designer, and managing editor of the prominent online magazine identitytheory.com, which has earned praise from The New York Times and Chicago Tribune, among others. He administered the University of Florida Levin College of Law's web presence for several years and has done web development for nonprofits and other firms in places such as Burlington, Vermont, Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas.
